This Cookie Policy explains how Westbridge Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on westbridgelimited.xyz. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and our cookie consent banner, which lets you choose which categories you allow.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences across pages and visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage; for the purposes of this policy we treat them all together as "cookies".
2. Categories we use
2.1 Necessary (always on)
These keep the site working - logging you in, keeping a session secure, running our checkout, and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be turned off because the site won't function without them.
2.2 Analytics (off by default)
Used to understand how visitors interact with the site at an aggregate level - which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they came from, and which features are useful. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Both only run after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
2.3 Marketing (off by default)
Used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to personalise messaging. Not currently active. Will be enabled only after you opt in.
2.4 Preferences (off by default)
Used to remember non-essential choices (e.g. language, layout preferences). Not currently active.

Cloudflare Turnstile (the captcha you may see on our forms) loads from challenges.cloudflare.comand can set short-lived third-party cookies on Cloudflare's own domain when a challenge is served. Those cookies are governed by Cloudflare's cookie policy.
4. How to control cookies
- Banner: when you first visit the site, the cookie banner lets you accept or customise. You can change your choice any time from the banner (clear your browser's storage to bring it back) or by adjusting your browser settings.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See allaboutcookies.org for instructions.
Blocking necessary cookies will break essential features like sign-in and checkout.
5. Updates
We will update this policy whenever we add, change or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes that re-trigger consent will be communicated through the banner.
